Os adjunto una notas tomadas a vuela pluma de la charla de Cesar Arcones (Seleccionador Sub-18 de España y Entrenador de Porteros de la Selecciòn Española) dio en la Federaciòn Castellano Leonesa de Fùtbol.

METODOLOGÍA DEL ENTRENAMIENTO DEL PORTERO DE FÚTBOL SALA EN CATEGORÍAS INFERIORES. César Arcones.
. Hay acciones comúnes o similares de distintos deportes que el portero puede ejecutar con ciertas similitudes.
. El portero se vuelve decisivo conforme el partido va llegando a su fin.
. Las ideas se comparten y se adaptan.
. Están locos los porteros? Idea un tanto peregrina y tópica que no se ajusta a la realidad.
. El portero es un especialista y como tal requiere un entrenamiento especifico.
. Qué importancia tiene el portero en nuestro equipo? La que nosotros le demos en nuestro equipo y sobre todo en nuestros entrenamientos. Somos nosotros los que debemos darle su porcentaje de importancia conforme a nuestra exigencia. Traslademos el peso del portero del equipo a su entrenamiento.
. Entrenador de porteros: debe conocer el entrenamiento del portero, debe entender el juego (si es posible ser entrenador), debe conocer las acciones específicas del portero, debe formar parte activa de un cuerpo técnico.
. Acciones Técnicas del Portero
. El entrenamiento de porteros de futsal: antes primaba la valentía y los entrenamientos de cara a la galería, hoy en día hay que seguir una línea de trabajo respetando las características de cada entrenador y minimizando el riesgo lesiónal. Hay que seguir una línea de trabajo planificada y programada. Motivación vs rutinas (hay que darle un cambio aunque sea mínimo para retener la atención del portero), proceso y resultado (proceso a largo plazo), interactuar con el portero (no es scesarolo entrenar sino tb hay que hablar con ellos), cooperación entre entrenador de porteros y sus porteros.
. Metodología:
Partimos desde el juego real.
Aislar la acción del juego o gesto técnico.
Se aísla el gesto y lo trabajo analíticamente y corrijo.
Luego lo trasladamos a situaciones asimiladas a juego real.
Finalmente lo incluimos en el juego real.
. Metologia:
Analítica: acción de juego aislada
Global: acción de juego con todos sus componentes ( contrarios, compañeros, etc…).
. Hay dos situaciones que condicionan la progresión del portero:
Aceptar el error
Competir con su compañero.
. Aceptar el error: hay que intentar eliminar los errores y mínimizarlos, Al mismo tiempo hay que hacerle convivir con el error. Se debe corregir y manejar la situación posterior al error. La diferencia está en lo que haces después del error. El error se debe convertir en experiencia.
. Competir día a día con el compañero: hay que crear un ambiente sano de competencia para que vaya en beneficio del equipo.
. Trabajo de Base
. Etapas
. Etapa de no especialización (prebenjamin, Benjamín,…)
Que jueguen todos que todos sean porteros y jugadores.
Trasladar la importancia que tiene el portero.
Habilidades y destrezas motrices de una manera lúdica y juegos.
. Etapa de Iniciación (alevines)
Que se familiarice con el balón.
Comenzar con elementos técnicos y de una manera global.
Posición básica, paso de valla…
Enseñanza de fundamentos técnicos (agarre balón, orientación de desvíos, etc..)
Enseñanza de caídas (seguridad y confianza).
Habilidades y destrezas básicas dirigidas al portero (saltos, giros, lanzamientos…).
. Cadetes:
Corrección de gesto técnico, ejecutar a la mayor velocidad y eficiencia posible…
. Etapa de Rendimiento
. Acciones fundamentales:
Posición básica
Colocación : posicionamiento en portería
Desplazamientos laterales en portería
Desplazamientos y blocajes (hay que premiar el blocaje)
Desplazamientos y desvíos
Estiradas y caídas (con blocajes, sin blocajes, etc….).
Saques con las manos con toda su diversidad….
